2. Spend time outside 20/30 days - 9/15, still a bit behind, but the weather is much improved
3. Start doing yoga again - Partial success? I did start doing a video, but really didn't like the style. More pilates/ballet/exercise reps rather than gentle stretching and balance. I only made it 12 minutes in, and was sore for days after. Trying to find a different channel, but playlists that are explicitly pregnancy safe are hard to find.
