I am tracking only IRA/401K/taxable accounts.
5/31/2018 $100,519.07  - not even the slightest clue on target date...I'll be here for a few years :)
6/30/2018 $105,187.34
7/31/2018 $109,052.07
8/31/2018 $116,748.06
9/31/2018 $125.833.33 (should slow down for rest of year as both 401Ks are maxed)
10/31/2018 $121,400.49 (market pain)
11/30/2018 $120,116/63
12/31/2018 $115,318.38 (more market pain and put some resources towards our new AirBnB venture - looking forward to buying stocks on sale now that 401K is back in play)
1/31/2019 $121,188.34 (next couple of months are my favorite time of year - 401K is in play, bonus and employer 401K match (3% of compensation) all hit)
2/28/2019 $136,880.76 (one twomore fun months, then back to slow(er) growth mode)
3/31/2019 $141,195.30 (one more fun month - employer 401k contribution and last month until max 401k for the year)
4/30/2019 $161,209.95 (going to try to continue speed with taxable account - we will see with a 2-week old at home how this plays out)
5/31/2019 $157,215.34 (market pain decline despite adding close to $4,000 in my after-tax account.....stay the course)
6/30/2019 $168,401.72 ($63,214.38 in one year...stay the course)
7/31/2019 $172,680.44
8/31/2019 $169,675.29
9/30/2019 $169,620.62 (recalculated due to typo in tracker)
10/31/2019 $178,498.23
11/30/2019 $192,486.52 (stretch goal - make this a 2 year race.  It will be a real stretch, but that's what we are here for, right?)
12/31/2019 $209,508.94
1/31/2020 $212,285.58

I am graduating myself from this race as I have decided to reevaluate what/how I am measuring things.  My wife and I are about to purchase our third investment property, the downpayment for which will come from some of the above listed funds.  Instead of knocking down my numbers to reflect this, and suffering the silly but realistic emotional reaction to such reduction, I have decided to use conservative valuations of the investment properties to determine the equity in the property and add that equity to my tracker.

Accordingly, my numbers are as follows (IRA/401K/taxable accounts/conservative equity in rental properties):

2/3/2020 $333,916.40.

Good luck to all - stay the course, and see you in the next race!

It seems the data entry page has been re-ordered meaning that the names no longer match with the values.

I have named the last version that had the correct order as 'before reorder'. I'm not sure how to restore this without losing the changes made after this reorder.

8/27/18 - $138,916 (if you count the $2500 my sister owes me)

Been feeling that restless desperation again of wanting to be done with this already. I can't stand the thought of obligatory work for another 5-8 years. I'm truly contemplating quitting my job when I reach $150K NW. However, that target moves around in my head a lot with my emotions...sometimes I think I'll quit when my investments reach $150K or when I have over $20K liquid cash...or sometimes I promise myself I won't do it until I reach $200K NW.

......

I'm REALLY excited today because I hit a big milestone that has been painful to reach since my savings slowed down last year and market was lower than the last two years. As of today, I finally crossed $150K!!! I hit 100K at the end of May 2017, so this has been a long time coming.

3/13/19     $150,836
8/22/19     $161,185   Would have been $165K, but I bought my sister's old car recently. Still haven't sold my old car.

January was interesting with a near vertical climb on my investments' value...at one point I looked and had gained over $4K in two weeks. Then corona virus came and effectively wiped out all those gains last week. However, I'm still happy with my NW now at over $183K.
Next month I hit 10 years at my job. This could be the year I pull the plug. Although I'm still behind on my liquid fund I want to use for a sabbatical. Really hoping to buy a house soon too.

I'm envisioning a mid-way temporary retirement now...$225K would be my halfway point. I'd like to have my investments worth $200K+ and then $20K in cash so I could take a year off and reflect on coast for a minute.

I just restored the version you called out. Looks like just Fishing4FI and SquashingDebt will need to re-input their data.

$171,440.50 as of today (+ paid for condo & car & a little in checking).

Over $250,000 counting the condo but it's not liquid and I do have to live somewhere, so I'm staying here until I'm over $250,000 without counting it.

Hello! I am so excited to be joining this thread (coming straight from the "10 to 100k" thread). I did my spreadsheets a little late this month, but here's my starting point:

2/1/2020    $ 100,928.81

All numbers are joint between my partner and I. We have almost exactly an 80/20 split at this point, i.e. 80% of that number is my NW, 20% is his. I manage both of our finances.

I had a big expense this month and unfortunately will also be writing a surprise $3000 check to uncle sam later this quarter (because I made a mistake on my withholding). But I still expect our growth to hold as our average monthly increase in 2019 was $5,329.

Sept 2015 - $125k
Sept 2016 - $192k
Sept 2017 - $339k
Sept 2018 - $395k
--DIVORCE--
Nov 2018 - $95k
Sept 2019 - $126k
Today - $151k

Divorce sucks.  Not only does it take a big chunk of cash out of the stash, but support/maintenance to the ex really throttles how much you can save.  I put away what I can, but most of the increases have been due to market gains instead of a high savings rate (which is impossible now).

Update #4 (tracking 401k only)    It looks like I will stay in the group for 2020.  I am fine with staying around for a bit, but will join the $250-500k group once I am $20-40k above the $250k mark.  No need to flip back and forth when market fluctuations come along.
                                 401k
Nov. 12, 2019         $238,035.96
Dec.   3, 2019         $240,880.64
Jan.   1, 2020          $249,417.11
Feb. 11, 2020          $257,961.03

Here is my January update.

2014 Jan: (129,703.05)
2015 Jan: (115,355.51)
2016 Jan: (82,545.00)
2017 Jan: 2,693.77
2018 Jan: 48,429.84
2019 Jan: 79,517.63

2020
January: 157,492.04

...
2021 Jul: 250,000 (GOAL)

Bigger than normal jump for January because it was a 3 paycheck month.  I'm pretty happy with the increase though considering the market was mostly unchanged.  Onward!

Would like to join.
We are at 176000€
Every month we are adding 1500€ and typically about 13000 once a year ( gift from parents) Makes a total of 31000 per year which we will try to top.
We are only counting ETF investments here. We have about 200000 equity in our house and still owe a good 200000 as well. As we live in the house we are not counting it. We may change that once we move into a smaller apartment and rent the house.

Hit the big 200K.  Woo hoo

Took my entire life (40 years) to hit 100K in May 2017...or since Dec 2015 when I started my financial journey with a net worth of $47,500.

From 100K to 150K took 15 months. From 150K to 200K (today) took another 18 months.

Projected to hit 250K in only 10 months now that I have enough to really make compounding work for me..plus I've upped my 401K contributions. Unfortunately I can't max it out since I've squeezed every last penny I can afford to savings...but between it and my other investments, I'm at a 37.57% savings rate so I'm feeling pretty good about that.

Totals for 2019:
Growth:   € 60 523.78  (= 44,70%)
Deposits: € 22 925.00
Returns:  € 37 598.78  ( = 20,38%)

Some Corona-virus related losses and less new investments as I was re-evaluating different providers for costs, tax efficiency, and convenience.
With this figured out and my small company employer having been acquired by a large tech-company with better compensation, I should have a much better savings-rate going forward.

Yesterday was bonus day. My bonus+regular pay $13k stock purchase went 14% further than it would have the Friday before. Unbelievably fortunate timing.

Dec 1st, 2019 $101,254
Jan 1st, 2020 $105,996
Feb 1st, 2020 $107,546

Mar 1st, 2020 $103,600

Record highs are nice and all, but since I'm early in the accumulation phase, I find myself genuinely rooting for the market to go lower.

Welcome alcon835, Anette, and Queen Frugal

Thank you! And I completely agree. If I was looking towards RE, this would be pretty disconcerting. But at this stage every dollar I put in is packing a much bigger punch than it did a year ago.

12/2019 - $107584.51
01/2020 - $110275.32
02/2020 - $112541.25
03/2020 - $111798.73

The market dip definitely affected me, but I'm playing the long game here.
