It looks like I skipped this last month. Whoops! So, end of November against end of September
Assets
401(K): $100,785 $100,950 Maxed in June, so this is just (meh) returns.
Roth IRA: $25,070 $25,586 Maxed in January.
Taxable Brokerage: $62,354 $71,029 I am throwing money (4K/monthly) at this now that my 401K is funded and my savings is being replenished. I am also starting to invest a bit more in VGTSX to shift to a bit more international exposure.
Savings: $7,510 $8,661 This is being rebuilt, but not at 3K monthly like I hoped, because my HELOC jumped in rate and I think it makes sense to throw money there. I'm due with our first child in four weeks, so this will probably get wiped...
Total = $195,719 $206,226
Liabilities
401(K) loan: ($13,439) ($10,400) I'm guessing on this because my 11/30 payment isn't reflected yet.
HELOC: ($31,015) ($27,980) Rate jumped in June from 3.49 to 5.49, so I am now throwing some more money at this. It's probably ~4% with my tax rate. I might do better in the market, but I'll take this small hedge, since it's a floating rate and it's secured by my residence.
Total = ($44,454) ($38,380)
Net worth = $151,265 $167,846 Up about 16K over the last two months, which is okay. I am getting my bonus (and two more paychecks) this year, so I'm hoping I'll be at 210K by year's end.
