July 30 vs June 30:
Assets
401(K): $95,608 $99,941 Maxed in June, so that's a good month of returns.
Roth IRA: $25,045 $24,979 Maxed in January. In June the 401K was down and the IRA was up. Now it's vice versa. I should look in to what I actually have in there.
Taxable Brokerage: $46,390[ $52,277 I am throwing money at this now that my 401K is funded and my savings is being replenished.
Savings: $5,935 $6,938 This is being rebuilt, but not at 3K monthly like I hoped, because my HELOC jumped in rate and I think it makes sense to throw money there.
Total = $172,978 $184,135
Liabilities
401(K) loan: ($16,700) ($15,942)
HELOC: ($36,271) ($34,328) Rate just jumped from 3.49 to 5.49, so I am now throwing some more money at this. It's probably ~4% with my tax rate.
Total = ($53,060) ($50,270)
Net worth = $119,918 $133,865 Up about 14K this month, which is great. I got a small raise in June, so hoping that my new pace is something like 8K/monthly pre gains (plus my bonus at year end).
