Good news, bad news.
The bad news is, even though I rode my bike two days ago, when I went to get on it I discovered it had a very flat tire. My biking enthusiast son who keeps the bikes in good repair was happily sleeping (it was 5:45 AM). I don't know how to patch it or where he keeps the pump, so...
FAIL. Today he's going to fix my tire, so THIS WEEK I WILL bike to work! (Note to self: procure backpack for laptop)

I lifted weights yesterday! I could only squat 75 pounds, mostly because I don't have anyone to spot me who can lift more than that, my husband wasn't home. My workout buddy was my teenage son, and we've agreed to lift Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I was a bit weak and shaky all day after my workout and am sore today, so I take that as evidence that I done good.
Will update once bike is fixed.
