My 2016 e-bike commute challenge.

Ok, in another thread I mentioned that I had bought an e-bike to do my daily commute.
So I'm going to throw down the gauntlet and commit to riding 5000 km in 2016 on my e-bike. I would like for others to join me. Let's see if we can reduce our number of clown-car miles.
If you'd like to join just post your target kms below and come back with a weekly status update or two. :)
Current status: Week 16: 660 km's so far.

Posting to follow :)
I don't own an e-bike but I am starting to ride my bike to work now that summer has come around. It's a 28 mile round trip commute that I am hoping to do 3 times a week.
I am thinking about purchasing an electric fatbike for the winter months when there is snow. I think the only way I could do my commute in the winter is with an e-bike. 28 miles in snow with no assist would kill me.

Alright, it's been a while. But the big wheels have kept on turning and now I have driven 820 kilometers so far.
Seems I may have set my sights a little low.
Other than that nothing to report, the bike is fast, fun and a joy to ride. :)

Just got my e-bike built! First commute on it was this morning and it handled it like a champ!

Would either if you guys mind posting some pictures of your ebikes :D?
I'm currently commuting on the bike I hope to convert in 6mo after I'm done budgeting for the battery/motor combo. I'd love to see what your bikes look like to tide me over!

Here is mine :)
I still need to work out a couple issues, mostly securing the motor to the bottom bracket better.
It's going to be an amazing commuter bike though.

Got my fenders installed and my rain gear. Did several commutes this week in the rain.
My e-bike now has 325 miles on it and it's going strong. Really been enjoying the power, cruising into work at 28mph :)

Just a small update. I spent most of august working at home so didn't put too many km's on the bike. But now I am back in the saddle and have just crossed 1700 km's.
Here is a picture of the bike. It's a BH-bikes Evo Cross Pro.
