For those who want to work on a daily meditation habit with others in the MMM community, please add yourself to the spreadsheet (which is very similar to the biking challenge spreadsheet).

My goal is to meditate for 10 minutes a day.  Others care to join in?

Awesome!

Going to try and stop making my excuses and make sure I sit for at least 5-10 minutes on fridays and saturdays.
