Continuing on what has been a very helpful series of monthly goals on this subforum. Little late on the thread, but figured it would still be valuable to set some goals for the next 3 weeks!
1. Read "21 Rules for the Twenty First Century" by Yuval Harari
2. Read "Eight Minute Meditation" and review coursework on functional breathing
3. Reach "Paris" on Duolingo French module
4. Save $2500 after-tax this month
5. Increase bodyweight to 183# (current: 182#)
Similar overall to previous months. Reading, french, saving money and a fitness goal.
