Awesome! Hope more can join in with us. Last month wasn't the best I've been finding that my mind has been racing too much and has been cutting down my usual 15 minutes to 5-8 minutes.

No more excuses, just sit!

Fixed the access so that the file is edit-able now.

Wholeheartedly agree with "just sit!"  Sitting is a great stripped down, hard to fall asleep way to practice mindfulness.  It's also a gateway to start the mindfulness spilling into "just walk!", "just eat!", "just ride my bicycle!" or "just lie in the park and watch the clouds!"
