@HappyCheerE the knee is doing OK, thanks for checking in. I've been wearing the brace, but tried today without it and felt fine. I am planning rest days for February...I want to be a Beest!

s to go! I'm really going to enjoy my rest day Saturday. I've also noticed how much stronger I feel...yesterday's run was in the 13 minute range; I started the month in the 15-17 minute range. I didn't go into this expecting to improve, only to start establishing a habit. So this is a nice bonus.
