Lent 2018: The Rematch
« on: February 27, 2018, 07:49:11 AM »
The Lent 2017 challenge was very helpful to me, and I'd like to try it again.  Like last year, I'm going to give up starting things until Easter.  This means no new hobbies or projects. On the fence about volunteering... I think I am allowed to volunteer for projects other people have started, especially events I have worked on before, but I am most certainly not allowed to organize or host new events.

Much as I like to plan and dream, it's time to get something actually done!

Oh yeah, and this year I am severely limiting the number of Easter eggs we boil!  The rule in our family will now be: if you decorate it, you eat it!

Who's in?  (in the Lenten challenge, not the eggs crackdown?)

I'm with you!

I started the day after Ash Wednesday, so February 15. I made a food plan that eliminated my less optimal ingredients. So far so good!

I've been reporting over here: https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/throw-down-the-gauntlet/whole30-for-lent-2018/

Hurray jFp!!  I know, Lent started a while ago but there is still time!  I missed the Whole 30 discussion...
