Week 2 Update:
1. Better sleep - maintain bedtime routine, hit lights-out target at least 23/29 days. (Last month 23/30)
- Missed one day this week, bringing me to 10/14
2. Meditate daily - increase to 10 min per day, meditate after lunch instead of in evening. Target 25/29 days. (Last month 24/30)
- Missed two days, for 11/14
3. Exercise - take a walk or exercise every day. Target 20/29 days.
- Not so good this week, 8/14
4. Clutter - keep surfaces uncluttered, donate unneeded things. Target clean surfaces 20/29 days.
- Not quite as good as last week, 11/14
5. Read 4 books, including 1 philosophy book.
- On track, 3/4
ETA: I'm giving myself a break this coming week, as I'll be travelling out of the country for a funeral. I'll still try to meditate and do some reading, but I know I won't get my bedtime routine or exercise as planned, and decluttering obviously won't be possible.
