Workout for 30 days in a row
« on: February 14, 2014, 03:56:06 PM »
If health is wealth lets all get tossing rich!

I am getting married next year so decided this is the year I finally need to get in shape and stop being a wussy pants.

So far I have been to the gym for the last 32 days in a row, with no breaks. Obviously it's possible to over exercise but I think by doing different exercise on different days it's quite possible to have no down sides.

So any way, I challenge you to workout every day for 30 days, which could hopefully form part of a habit of perhaps 4 times a week long term rather than my old habit which we as to think about it, and then decide to watch a movie instead.

Personally I assuming for day 50, and once I hit that, who knows!

I've been working out every single day for about 5 years now, with the occasional break when I didn't have access to a gym, on holidays, or when I had to do double shifts at work. So far, my best workout has been Prime Mover, which I do daily, where ever I am, without any equipment. I used to hit the gym or run daily for one hour straight and thought I was in pretty decent shape. I was wrong. HIT or high-intensity training programs such as Prime Mover are the way to go if you want to see results and especially build and gain muscle mass instead of just trying to lose weight like I was focused on before. At almost 56, I am in the best physical shape of my life, and it is getting better as I progress through the last level of Prime Mover.
