Starting weight 143.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
Last night I had a bowl of cereal for dinner. Cereal and beer are two of my food weaknesses (yes, beer is "food"!). I know I can make a whole 30 "cereal" out of chopped fruits and nuts, but I'm not sure what I can replace beer with. Sparkling water just doesn't have that weighty deliciousness.
I woke up cranky at the thought of the next 30 days, until I realized I can have unlimited guacamole. (No beer though).
