Last time I did a 30-day reboot I lost close to 20 pounds. It's just 30 days of paleo eating while also cutting out fruits. After the 30 day reboot, I added back in fruits and some grains while still eating clean. I got lazy and fell off the wagon and now my pants are tight and I'm jiggly in places I don't want to be jiggly. It happens.
This gauntlet is 30 days of simply: No grains, no dairy, no alcohol, no sugar, no fruits.
I'm expecting 3-5 days of headaches and feeling like crap like I do whenever I cut out sugar. I'm an addict, I expect my body to fight back :)
