Still postponing shopping... but I'm finding this quite fun and not a sacrifice so far. (When it becomes a sacrifice it will be time to stop.)
I'm super busy with work today and Friday, and I'd rather not shop on the weekend SO my target date for the next shop is: Monday morning!
Eating leftovers today: thawed borscht (from last week) and leftover pizza (from yesterday).
In terms of 'fresh' stuff, I'm down to cabbage, carrots, butternut squash, onions, potatoes. I dug into my freezer and found frozen edamame (shelled), spinach, beets, apples, blueberries (and also a bag of mixed frozen vegetables that are kind of tasteless, so I'm thinking of feeding them to my dog).
