I did a re-fi on a rental property. What is tax deductible?

All the fees for a re-finance should be tax deductible, except for any principle payment and the pre-paid escrow account (taxes & insurance). All the other transaction fees (title, appraisal, origination fee, broker fee) is a business expense, so I should be able to deduct it from my business revenue, correct?
