ESPP Sale Question

I have an ESPP trade coming up for CRM. Should I immediately sell it or wait the year so that I pay less taxes. I am not sure how it all works but I want to move it over to VTI or VTSAX and not sure the best time to move them. Any advice would be great. Than you!

I also take advantage of my company's ESPP.  In my case I've decided to leave it be and let it hit ride for the moment.  It's not a high enough percentage of my TNW to throw off my asset allocation.
