Just two accounts to go and then I COULD retire... but instead choosing to run a business out of my house that I really enjoy.

Way to go! Sometimes I think it is harder to be responsible with those 'extra' dollars like tax refunds than regular pay. I know it feels good to see the last of those two debts :)
