So today is 'Black Friday' in the UK.
All around me my colleagues are sneakily using our works internet connection to search for the ultimate 'Black Friday' deals.
I just heard my boss say... oh crap, the John Lewis web site has just gone down. This made me chuckle and not feel so bad about doing my own 'Black FIRE day' search on various financial blogs for some 'bargain' tips to accelerate my own FI.
I've found a few golden nuggets to take home with me tonight... but even if I hadn't, I'd still be better off than consumer zombies I work with.
