That's almost unheard of in corporate America. Congrats! I led a team of 110 people for a fortune 500 for seven years, and raises for my tip-top 1%'rs was about 3.5%. I had to work very hard to get those for my team. The average performers got 2% and the bottom 20% got nothing (ie, after inflation, a net pay cut). This was 2003-2010, and every year they would chip away at benefits too, reducing the packages in some way and raising the employee contributions every year.
In that kind of environment, to get a net 13% bump is pretty badass!
