Woohoo! I don't bike to work often, but I've done it twice this week. Tuesday, I rode the whole way, 13 hilly miles each way. Yesterday, I rode to the train, rode the train, then rode to work. It's invigorating!
I don't have any workout time in my schedule, ever. I just ride my bike to some places. I still drive, but I'm figuring out how to drive less and less.
