Two weeks ago dropped the lawn service. This week the maid went bye bye. Sold/Gave Away all the junk in the storage facility and shut that down to boot. Discovered Florida is a Right-to-Dry state and set up a retractable line in the backyard.
Biggest step: Listed for sale our beautiful HUGE SUV. It is owned out-right, but cost of maintenance and gas is sky high... plus not the most environmentally friendly vehicle. Will use a portion of the proceeds to cash purchase a used vehicle that sips its gas instead of slurps, (the rest goes to the IRS). This one hurts the most because, face it, it was a status symbol. That was the old me....
