What did you do to lose weight?? . . any particular plan? Oh . . and congrats!
Low carb
No beer
Lots of water
Some exercise ( mostly motivation)
Big greasy breakfast, lots of eggs, cheese, etc
Small dinner.
Just kept twiking until I got results. Toward the end of this last one I got lazy, and had to loose 8 lbs in 10 days. Drank to s of water with lots of lunch walks and running while also minimizing salt intake( which I think salt retention may have been a big inhibitor of past weight loss) also just a bite or two of chicken or something at breakfast, normal homemade trail mix I keep at work then no dinner or if I have to one or two bits of chicken.
I think drinking lots of water also helps fill you up, so you get the added benefit.
