... I thought it was pretty cool. I have been trying to convince my wife for about 2 months now that we can live a fulfilling and exciting life - Mustachian style. She hasn't really been buying it, but I think one of my Mustachian seeds may have sprouted.
She has been looking for a vase that would look good on a certain shelf in our condo. My mom, bless her heart, found her a quality vase at Pottery Barn for $100. My mom mentioned it was on sale for 20% off, it was of good quality, and it was something that we would keep forever. My wife really liked it, but told my mom that she wanted to discuss it with me first. I voted no, and told her that I thought I could find an alternative that she would like. Well, I did on craiglist - 2 Crate and Barrel (I thought she would appreciate the name brand) vases for $15. I brought them home yesterday and she thought they looked great. She also really liked that we only spent $15.
With time (sooner would be better than later), I am hoping that this Mustachian sprout can be cultivated into a massive Mustachian oak tree.
