While doing our taxes last night I realized that a $1700 T-IRA contribution from my wife would push our AGI under 59k and allows us to get a 10% savers tax credit to the tune of $400. Luckily she has enough remaining on her 2013 contribution limit. I'm going to call that an immediate 23.5% return!
