My new employer’s 401k plan is the bomb. They just started offering auto Roth conversion for after-tax 401k contributions. How awesome is that? I can take full advantage of the $55k space and can convert to Roth as frequently as I want with no cost. So much better than my old employer which would only allow once a year, required the conversion request to be FAXED in (no online capability!?), and charged $100 each time to do it. Wheeeeee!
