Replaced sink faucet
« on: May 10, 2015, 05:19:14 PM »
I know there are plenty of awesome DIYers on this forum, but my husband and I (mostly my husband as I'm 8 months pregnant) replaced the faucet on our kitchen sink. This is a big deal because in the past we probably would have just hired it done. Next weekend, we are dealing with the bathroom sink and our next project is replacing the supply lines in the washing machine. We are also slowly building our supply of tools and supplies for projects around the house.

Be careful. Once you start doing stuff yourself, you realize how easy everything is, and it makes hiring out work a lot harder :)

Seriously! My husband already commented that he might be way handier than he thought and this might be the start of many more home projects.

Great job! We recently hired out for this task as we hate dealing with water-related DIY tasks. We've had bad luck but we just need to get over this weird fear of ours haha.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
