My car insurance was up for renewal. I got the quote through from my previous provider for £450. I rang up to change a few details, lower mileage etc and they wouldn't budge on the cost, so I spent ten minutes comparing quotes online and got almost exactly the same policy as last year but for a shade under £300.
Which If compared against the total policy cost of last year is a 50% reduction.
I did my happy dance.
That is all.
