Quote from my Dad after listening to me and my brother discuss the idea of selling a vacation home and sharing one vacation home instead of each of us owning our own in the same location. I know owning a vacation home is frivolous to begin with, but you got to start somewhere.

The hilarious thing is that you'll still have 1/2 of a (technically un-mustachian) vacation home.

It's like saying you're taking it too far because you're not buying a brand new luxury SUV every 12 months.  Ha.

Makes sense - neither you or your brother will be using the holiday house all year round.

Pool your money and buy something much nicer that you'd both be otherwise unable to afford, but would much prefer to spend time at.
