Quarter Century Update!

Hi all!

I recently turned 25 and wanted to share what I've accomplished so far!

Assets:
 
1 Bd Rental Condo: $50k
Cash value of pension: $3.5k
401k: $1k
Roth IRA: $6.5k
Savings for downpayment: $12k

Liabilities:

Credit Card at 0% : 2k

I got paid about $35k at my job. Just recently got a raise to around $42k. I paid off my condo earlier in the year and clear about $500   a month after all bills. I currently live with my parents to save for a downpayment on a rental property I want to buy next year.

My goal is to get to 30 with $150k in retirement accounts and have 2 more rentals. Thank you all for the sharing your badassity and making me realize that I can be pretty badass too!

Guizmo, that is quite impressive. I am sure that you are well ahead of your peers in not only your thinking but your attitude. Great Job!!!! I have not doubt you will reach your goal.

Pretty close to where I was at your age.  You are certainly on the right track. In a few more years,  once compounding really starts to take hold, your assets will grow faster than you ever could have imagined!
