Pump those legs, wallet still heavy!
« on: June 07, 2014, 07:04:16 PM »
Here's what I just carried home on my bike, 3.5 miles from the grocery store(s):

10 lbs Potatoes
2.5 lbs frozen peas
2 lbs cheese
4 lbs canned goods
4.5 lbs carrots
2 lbs celery
2 lbs bok choy
2 lbs cherries
10 lbs for a 12 pack of Sapporo
1 lb for cilantro, lemon grass, ginger root & limes

For a grand total of 40 lbs!  And of course the part that's even better -- $41 was my total bill (just over $31 w/o the beer)

Woo hoo!

40 pounds ain't nothing.

Try 175 pounds of kids and trailer combined :P

But good work nonetheless :) Carry extra weight regularly and you'd be amazed how much speed you gain without it.

bye-bye Ms. FancyPants
