Post surgery bench PR

First time I've  hit 315 on the bench since surgery earlier this year.  Getting my strength back one rep at a time.

Thanks! Actually, it was repairing a tear in my abdominal wall. I'd had the tear for a few years and hadn't realized it. So much less pain now that it's fixed, but still a little scared to hit weights as heavy as I was pre-surgery. Taking slow, recovery from that was no fun.

Nice!  I had some (minor) surgery a few months back and was extremely paranoid about straining myself afterwards and took some time off from lifting, so I'm still working back up to my previous maximums, but good for you!
