Our date isn't very 'firm' and neither is our goal number or desired FIRE-income level. We're just socking it away and trying to move through our life without making any penny-wise pound-foolish decisions.
If I had to put a number I'd say bare bones FI / FU money by 35, Comfortable retirement by 40ish, Super Spendypants by ~45, Dynastic Wealth by ~50, and OH GOD STOP WHY ARE YOU STILL WORKING? at 65 =p.
As kids and a house come into the picture, we'll probably have a (hopefully much) bigger stache and a more 'endgame' outlook. Just got to keep on track.
