My wife and I are still pretty early in our careers, 31 and 28, respectively. While we have been living relatively frugally since we married, we agreed on our ER plans about 6 months ago. Today I noticed that we have breached the 6 figure mark and we now have 113K invested between our 401Ks and IRAs. While we still have 9.5 years left until FIRE, it is a huge boost to see the savings starting to mount. We also live in a duplex with tenants below us and have about 50K in equity in our property. Life is feeling good (and we are grateful for it)!
