Is there an option in the sheet to add the theoretical price of a home sales? I am probably not the only one who need to downsize to retire. More than half of our FIRE stash is tied up in our current home. We have an estimate of a market value, but this is quite uncertain. Could this somehow be added to the sheet?

For the graphs, can't you use Pivot tables? That is what I use in my expense sheet.

Yes, you can add your best base home value estimate to the Other Income and Assets Tab row 28. Then in A29, you could type "Variable Home Value" and put in an estimated amount. As the variable guess changes, just update this number. Or you could not add row 29 and just keep updating row 28.

I will eventually take the time to add some nice graphs.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
