just found a new flat which.is.way cheaper than.my opd one and managed to negotiate the contract in a way that almost all cost will be covered by my company housing allowance. this way i reduced my monthly housing expenses from EUR 300 to ca. EUR 25. I live in China, that explaines the low cost of energy.
