Title: Negotiation!

Saved a hundred bucks off our beach house rental!  I just asked the realtor if there was any leeway since it had gone up far more than I'd expected from the previous year and the week we wanted still wasn't rented with less than a month to go. It helped that we had rented it last year so the owner knew us to be trustworthy.

Okay, now that I've gloated, feel free to criticize that we're renting a beach house instead of having a staycation.

And congrats on the fastest $100 you'll ever make. Amazing how easy it can be if you just ask!
