I'm currently training for a 10km race this fall and losing ~5lbs per month. Looking to add more protein and strength training soon.

Congrats man! I'm going to have to check out Darebee.com I'm currently training and dieting for a powerlifting meet in 2 weeks, but when I finish that I'm going to try to mix in some fun workouts along with my typical strength training. I'll be trying to gain a little bit though. This cut is pretty taxing.

Great job! I'm trying to lose 20 now. I rushed it last time, basically starving myself. Going super slow this time.
