Losing weight, winning money

So my employer offers(now just offered) $100 incentives for losing weight/getting in shape. So I began last year, reached my first goal in a few weeks then had to loose some more and hold that weight for six months and lastly did it again for another six months. As of this morning I have lost 40 lbs and collected $300 in 13 months!

Congrats...! we get a savings through Human on our insurance by following all this exercise stuff and entering doctor visits etc.. and have just received Gold Status so will save 70$ a month and are in better shape doing! keep up the good work!

Low carb
No beer
Lots of water
Some exercise ( mostly motivation)
Big greasy breakfast, lots of eggs, cheese, etc
Small dinner.
Just kept twiking until I got results. Toward the end of this last one I got lazy, and had to loose 8 lbs in 10 days. Drank to s of water with lots of lunch walks and running while also minimizing salt intake( which I think salt retention may have been a big inhibitor of past weight loss) also just a bite or two of chicken or something at breakfast, normal homemade trail mix I keep at work then no dinner or if I have to one or two bits of chicken.

I think drinking lots of water also helps fill you up, so you get the added benefit.
