I noticed no mention of health care in the pros or cons list. Kind of a big thing to not mention.

India: Health care at all the top hospitals in every city/town is usually good to excellent. It is inexpensive to anyone coming from the west. Drs/other medical staff are usually well qualified, courteous and quickly available. A complete dental procedure e.g. root canal may cost perhaps $100 in Mumbai and double that if you go to the really top, successful Drs, with elegant clinics.
