This seems interesting. We have slashed our energy usage such that many days we are only consuming a measely 6kwh. We have no high use energy consuming activities (short of our refrigerator, our clothes dryer is gas). During these scheduled "ohm hours" where we are directed to cut usage, I'm not sure how we could cut down beneath the bone? We don't use much lighting, even at night, never ever use the A/C or dishwasher and dont plug much of anything into our electric sockets. How might an energy efficient household qualify for these rebates?
Maybe my new kill-a-watt meter will uncover untapped savings?
Thanks for the link.
