Given that I work from home (technically, a shed outside I turned into an office), yes. And, right now, because one of my ISPs was uniquely awful for about a week straight, I have two, plus some cell backups, and am currently paying $200/mo for what an awful lot of you would consider crappy internet.
Which is, in aggregate, about 25Mbit/5Mbit. In reality, it's less.
I'm working to optimize that towards about $100/mo in fixed internet fees, but pretty much, my job depends on me having reliable internet access.
It's certainly an area to optimize, but the lack of a commute pays for quite a bit of rural internet. :)
