So the old insta hot was dripping under the kitchen sink. Water leaks = bad so we went to Home Depot got a new one. Three attempts at hooking up cold water line and a new copper pipe cutter bought but no drips yea. Good to go right..... Nope, stupid new tank leaks. Take off tank back to Home Depot. Get new tank. Reinstall tank. Luckily did not have to uninstall new faucet and new cold water line. Hook up new tank AGAIN. 5 min no problem. No drips works like a charm.
So three days, utube videos, four trips to Home Depot, but we did it a new Insta Hot and no plumbers bill.
Woo Hoo.... :). And I have hot tea again yea!
