Just wanted to share with you all, I just hit NW of $310K! The amazing thing is that when I discovered MMM back in January, it was $240K! I know the stock market has been doing pretty well but most of the gains are from savings, maxing out 401K and IRA, paying down mortgage.
So wonderful to see, what we're doing DOES work!
(I knew it did, just nice to see it working for me!)
I love this community, thank you for all your support!

Thanks Frank! Yes, born and raised in the UK, also spent 5 years in Germany so developed the frugality even more there! Bit of a hiccup when I came to Texas but on the right path now.
Congratulations on your ER! I enjoy following your posts

Brits and Germans are frugal by nature? That's a great piece of tidbit to know. maybe... just maybe my ancestral genes (German) will be helpful in reaching my goal. ;)

Just less money growing up.. plus my Parents made every financial mistake in the book.. scared me into being frugal..:)

I wish my parents financial mishaps scared me into being frugal. Instead I learned by example and went parallel. Oi! Fixing it now though. ha.
