Hi

I haven't been able to sell my car and get a bicycle.
Or do any extreme stuff but I feel small things do add up

Item                    Before   After         Savings                    Method
Dish Tv                   138.00   0.00           138.00                    Cancel
Verizon Fios&Phone   127.00   112.00   15.00                        remove worldtalk
Sprint 4 Smartphones   260.00   194.00   66.00                      Framily, no warranty
Geico Motorcycle             56.51     52.17     4.35                    Pay 1 time (geico 8.33% fee for paying monthly)
Geico Car                   181.99   150.00     31.99                    Pay 1 time, reduce personal health(work has health ins)
                                 Monthly Savings           $$255.34
                                 Yearly   Savings           $$3,064.08

Future goals once Sprint contract over go to "Ting" bill will be under $100
Verizon fios get rid of phone after contract is over, save $34.99

Great work!  $3000/year is a fantastic savings!  That was the big shift for me: start looking at expenses on a 6-month or yearly basis and see how much I'm really spending.  The cable bill didn't seem too bad until I realized I was paying $1500 a year for EFFING television.

I like my service with Ting.  It's done two things for me, reduced my bill ($86/month to $21) and stopped me from staring at my little screen all day long.  I disabled all data in the name of frugality and I love that I'm no longer a 'trodehead, hard-wired to the feed.

Multiply the monthly savings by 172 to get the 10 year savings, assuming you invest it :)

Right on!  You're doing a great job in recording the very tangible benefits of the mustachian decisions you've made.  Sometimes it's easy to lose track and forget the progress we make, so kudos to you!

Thanks guys for the support.

I will be putting the money into a Roth IRA, something is better
than nothing and eventually get to put full 5,500 a year.

I just started using the dryer for air dry and then leave clothes
hanging, I dont know how much this will save.

I ordered that 1.5 gps niagra shower head.
Also that thai rock for deoderant.
Will see how that goes.
