Fabulous mustachian recipe builder

Now, that I even consider this badassity worth sharing tells you about my cooking skills level, but I'm pretty stoked, so I thought I'd share.

Found this by searching "vegan breakfast bars" because my son is allergic to milk and eggs, scoffs at porridge, and I wanted to find breakfast staples heartier than dry Cheerios.

Basically, at a ratio of 1 banana to 1/2 cup rolled oats, you grind up the oats to a chunky meal, mix with ripe banana, a dash of sea salt, stir in whatever add-ins you like (cinnamon, nuts, seeds, raisins, etc), form into pressed balls or logs and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

It's everything I was looking for: hearty, nutritious/whole food based, portable/finger food, and economical. Enjoy!
