I have been participating in the Don Saladino's (celebrity trainer for Ryan Reynolds for all 3 Deadpool movies) December workout challenge for the past 3 weeks. It's 5 days on, 2 days off and the workouts take about an hour. There is 1 week remaining and yes, my partner and I will be working out on Christmas.
As of today's workout, I have lifted, shifted, pushed, pulled, hauled, or hoisted a total of 195,657 lbs.
The internet tells me that is roughly the weight of the space shuttle with payload, 2/3rds of a blue whale, 1/2 the statue of liberty (minus the base), or a fully-loaded 18-wheeler.
Anybody else feel like they are kicking ass with their workouts recently? :D
