I looked up the card. The reward system is not appealing: 1% back on most purchases, only redeemable at a Toyota dealership. Since you're not going to be buying any new cars, and dealerships charge ridiculous amounts for repairs, the only possible Mustachian use of these reward points is on a used Toyota. Even then, limiting yourself to a dealer-purchased used Toyota instead of considering all possible used cars is likely to cost you quite a bit more on your next car purchase.
I guess if you're willing to go through the hassle of signing up for a new card just to get $50, you might as well do that. Just don't use it as your regular credit card.
