It's been an eventful month for me. I finally opened a Roth IRA in mid April and had if fully funded as of last week.

I bumped my 401(k) savings rate up to 25%. Vanguard even sent me an email congratulating me :D I'm guessing that's probably not too common for most of their plan participants. I'm on track to contribute about $13,000. If I can sell some musical instruments, I might be able to bump up my contributions again and max out my 401(k) too.

My personal net worth finally went over $150,000. When I pay a couple of bills it will dip back under. If the markets stay up, I might go back over pretty quickly. If not, the next paycheck should bump it back over.

Nothing spectacular to share, but I'm pretty proud of how much progress I've made since finding Mr. Money Mustache :)

Keep at it, it gets easier. I don't really follow all the rules anymore, but I use what works.
